I am very displeased with the passing of the NSPS by our congressman and senators and Secratary Rumsfield.

What does my pay, senority, promotion steps, veterens preferance etc. have to do with national security?

It is wrong to take our minimul anual pay raise away and let our supervisor decide our raise or if we evan get one.

I can promise you I will be contacting my district officials regarding this matter and let them know of my concern with there participation in this matter.
I have 27 years as a dedicated DOD worker.

With the advent of the NSPS and it rules and regulations that will change almost every thing for me as a bargaining member, the goverment makes me feel like I have done something wrong and now I'm being punished.
