I am a relatively new (less than 1 year) employee that was hired right out of college. Consequently, I can't say I am seasoned enough to know the current system as others who have been here a while. Naturally, my focus at this point is pay. I am pleased to see that performance will dominate pay increases and laziness will not be rewarded in all cases, even in locality pay increases.
