Comments:
"If it ain't broke, don't fix it." Don't see how the new system will be any more effective than the one that is currently in place. Spending lots of taxpayer dollars to push it through anyway. It's one of those deals that it's going to work whether it works or not. We are constantly reinventing the wheel, and constantly implementing changes that supposedly save the taxpayer money when in reality that does not happen.
